September 26th, 2003 (when) - Here's where Nicole and I (who) get all medieval on your ass! heh-heh-heh... No idea what that means.

The Cloisters (what) is a branch of the Metropolitan Museum of Art which focuses on the art and architecture of the Romanesque and Gothic periods from Medieval Europe. The study of which was one of my favorites while I was at the U of Iowa (why). Of course, like French, I've forgotten all of this subject's vocabulary, too! Haa! But, "words, schmurds..." who needs 'em?!

The Cloisters is located on the west side of northern Manhattan in the Fort Tryon area, over-looking the Hudson River (where). An area, again, (see also my City Island gallery) that looks a bit atypical for NYC.
